The Faces Behind 5DL
Roger H Evans
Founder & Author
Roger is the Founder and Author of 5DL. For over 35 years through his consulting group ‘Creative Leadership Consultants Ltd’ (CLC Ltd) he has worked Boards, CEOs and Senior Leadership Teams around the world to help them implement strategic change and create leadership alignment throughout the organisation. It’s out of this experience that 5DL was born.
Roger is a Co-Founder (1973) of The Institute of Psychosynthesis, a Psychotherapy, Coaching and Counselling Training School in London, and a co-founder and curator of The Resource Group, a charitable trust created in 1982 to fund global projects that brought leverage to the ‘margins’ of society. He is also the co-author of the book The Creative Manager (1989). Previously Roger has served as Senior Partner responsible for the UK with Oliver Wyman Delta, non-executive director of the NHS Personnel Group and a Board member of The Technology Management School at Chalmers School of Technology and Management in Gothenberg, Sweden.
